Appointment Cancellation Policy

Please give a 48-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged 50% of the cost of your service.

A NO SHOW appointment will be charged 100% of the service booked. This respects the time of the technician as well as other guests.

Gift cards are subject to cancellation policy.
